Job Responsibilities : Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Serve as a resource to teachers and staff on speech and language development Requirements : Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply!
