Location : Charlotte, NC

Salary Range : $65-70 / hr

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7 years of software development experience
  • Strong experience in complex SQL query, PL / SQL programming
  • Experience in Python, Spark, and Hadoop
  • Ability to learn business processes and apply that knowledge to assigned tasks
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience in software development using SAS, Teradata, and Unix scripting

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in project delivery in an Agile environment
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of banking products, operational processes, and end-to-end transaction flow
  • Knowledge in the Anti-Money Laundering domain
  • Strong business analyst experience
  • Ability to guide multiple technology onsite / offshore team members
  • Effective communication skills across technology, business, and leadership areas

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and support existing and new project requirements, coordinating with business to understand requirements and analyzing potential impacts of implementing change requests
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of application and process issues, including problem identification and coordination with customer-facing support teams
  • Regularly communicate work progress with management, identifying issues early and resolving them quickly to avoid or minimize impact on projects
