Ensure that displays are well-stocked and merchandise is properly arranged. Stocking : Receive and process new inventory, restock shelves, and maintain inventory levels. Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest products and trends in outdoor apparel and gear. Share this knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications :
- Previous retail experience with a passion for outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and surfing
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions Organizational skills to maintain store cleanliness and order
