We are hiring an RN Field Supervisor for our Home Care agency in the Fond du Lac, WI area to provide field and office duties, supervising clinical operations. $1,500 Sign on Bonus!   This position is Full time, on call rotation is required, and a combination of field visits and office time also required. The RN Clinical Manager / Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of clinical services. Coordinates and supervises an interdisciplinary team of staff to assure the continuity of high-quality care to home health patients assigned to the team's area in accordance with physician prescribed plan of care, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
