Monday - Thursday! (THREE DAY Weekends!)
Hybrid Pay Plan (Hourly Base of $30.00 - $40.00 Depending on Experience)

An independent automotive repair shop with a reputation for honesty and top-notch work is looking for a Master Technician (A-Level) . What the Job Looks Like
Diagnose and repair vehicles with precision and efficiency
Handle tricky drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
Perform alignments, general repairs, and engine work
Work closely with service advisors to keep customers in the loop
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized
Pitch in to help and mentor less experienced techs when needed
Always deliver work that meets high-quality standards
What They're Looking For
At least 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
ASE certifications (preferred) - will need to obtain certifications if you do not have them yet, shop will pay for them!
State Inspection & Emissions License – PREFERRED - If you do not have, must be willing to obtain in a reasonable amount of time.
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Ownership of professional-grade tools (specialty tools provided)
Sharp diagnostic skills and a problem-solving mindset
A positive, team-focused attitude with leadership potential

Full-time
Monday - Thursday!!!! Closed Friday, Saturday and Sundays!!!
Absolutely no nights or weekends
