ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Colton Kantola State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a Sales Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.Conduct at least 80 customer contacts per day through multiple communication channelsIdentify, engage, and acquire new households to expand our client basePresent insurance products and services tailored to customer needsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targetsGrow the book of business through acquiring new householdsQUALIFICATIONS :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindsetAbility to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of customer contactsComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentCompensation :
Salary of $27,500Opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on sales
