Job Description : Leading land development firm GradyMinor is actively seeking a Senior AutoCAD Designer for immediate employment. This position offers a unique opportunity to join an established, well-respected, and growing Land Planning, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management firm with a diverse range of projects. Our teams develop solutions to policy and design challenges, focusing on providing clients with high-quality services and technical expertise.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and produce plans for civil engineering land development, roadway, and stormwater management projects.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to develop creative solutions to design challenges.
  • Coordinate with the design team and sub-consultants.
  • Develop and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong responsibility, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma with vocational training in AutoCAD or a 2- or 4-year degree in CAD drafting / design technology.
