Must-Have :

Caring for level 3 NICU infants to include high-frequency vents, conventional vents, CPAP, NIMV, HFNC, Nitric, whole-body cooling, OG / NG / PO feedings, UAC, UVC, PICC, PIV, attending high-risk deliveries, and attending all cesarean section deliveries.

Description :

This position requires a registered nurse in the NICU specialty.

The NICU consists of 25 plus overflow beds.

Patient ratios depend on patient acuity, usually 3 feeders, 2 CPAP, 1 nitric, and 1 cooling.

Float requirements may include possibly assisting in mother-baby or pediatrics, though this is unlikely due to high census levels.

The preferred skillset includes STABLE certification.

Candidates should have experience with a variety of neonatal interventions and technologies.

This role involves significant direct patient care and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications include demonstrated experience in a level 3 or 4 NICU environment.
