Compensation :
$75,000 - $200,000 per year
Responsibilities :
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volumeHave local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoodOversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experienceConsult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the dealProspect for new leads to promote new businessSell 3-6 homes per monthConsult with clients directly to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needsAlways place the client's interests firstCreate and present documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leasesAttend regular training and education opportunities provided for you, and ongoing team training to enhance your sales, closing, and professional skillsGuide 30 to 50+ buyer clients through the home purchase process each yearEstablish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agentsStay abreast of changing market conditions, economic trends, and applicable State and local regulations and lawsBe attentive and communicate with clients and prospects regularlyFollow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objectionsNever cold-call a prospect again; we provide the appointments for youMaintain a professional online and social media presenceBe committed to practicing your craft full-timeBe willing to contribute and provide feedback on training and process developmentMaintain a well-maintained vehicle and a valid driver's licenseSupport team initiatives and growthMaintain an active Texas Real Estate License and stay in good standing with the Realtors AssociationFollow Team productivity reporting guidelinesBe able to be self-motivated and accountable for goalsQualifications :
Show good organizational and time management skillsWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesA successful and proven sales history is preferredExcellent communication, negotiation and networking skillsSelf-motivation and driveTexas Real Estate Salesperson License required (Not yet licensed?
