Key Responsibilities
Support the launch, promotion, and execution of coaching programs for global customers
Act as a critical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Document key processes and develop playbooks to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
Operations experience in program coordination or a related field, preferably in coaching, wellness, or SaaS
Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach
Data proficiency, with experience in Excel or Google Sheets preferred
Experience in documenting processes and creating guidelines
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
