Lead Strategy and Growth for a Multi-Practice Dental Group

A growing, privately owned dental group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee strategy, growth, and performance across multiple practices in Indiana .

This role is ideal for a proven dental operations leader who thrives on building scalable systems, mentoring teams, and driving both culture and profitability in a fast-expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business growth goals.
  • Lead practice managers and regional leads, ensuring alignment with KPIs and company standards.
  • Standardize SOPs across locations to improve consistency, efficiency, and patient care.
  • Hold P&L responsibility for all offices, managing budgets, expenses, and revenue cycle performance.
  • Partner with ownership on strategic planning, facility expansion, and long-term growth projects.
  • Oversee talent strategy including recruiting, training, and leadership development.
  • Foster a values-driven, patient-centric culture across all locations.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through regular audits and QA systems.

    • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years in multi-site dental management with a proven track record of scaling operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring managers and clinical teams.
  • Expertise in dental insurance, claims, billing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Business-minded professional with the ability to analyze KPIs and drive financial performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent leadership experience).
