Duties

  • Engage in trademark, copyright, and advertising federal litigation.
  • Advise on trademark protection and conduct clearance searches.
  • Develop and implement trademark filing strategies for brands.
  • Handle trademark transactional work, including licensing and due diligence.
  • Manage domain name disputes and provide copyright registration counseling.
  • Collaborate with and manage a team of paralegals and business professionals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Experience with USPTO Trademark Trial & Appeal Board proceedings.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

    • Certifications

  • Admission to the state bar.
