This role leads the enterprise marketing analytics function, providing strategic guidance, performance measurement, and actionable insights across campaigns, channels, and member journeys. You'll partner with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure analytics are aligned with business goals and member needs. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field

10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign execution, performance measurement, or data strategy

5+ years of people management experience

Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries

Experience with cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Experience managing campaign activation prioritization and capacity

Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders

Experience managing and mentoring data analyst or campaign audience builders

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, or Business

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

Knowledge of statistical modeling, attribution, and predictive analytics

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $142,300 - $195,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
