job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead or manage the investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, any perceived unfair treatment or any workplace policy violations for luxury retail, ensuring consistency, fairness and compliance across all divisions.Strategize with P&O Business Partners on appropriate resolution and partner with leadership on implementation.Provide creative solutions to issues and work towards resolution based on knowledge of company policies, procedures and all state and federal labor laws and mandates.Collaborate with Legal, Benefits and other COE’s to ensure alignment in addressing accommodations and other sensitive matters.Own employee relations reporting and analysis to identify trends, mitigate risks and inform proactive strategies.Provide daily coaching and advice to P&O leadership and management on performance management and workplace conflict; terminations, accommodations and other difficult issues.Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to support a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace.Support legal team in responding to lawyers’ letters, agency claims, subpoenas, etc.Partner with Learning and Development to identify and implement leadership training needs related to employee relations and policy.
