Position Overview : As the on-site Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident experiences, managing leasing and administrative operations, supervising staff, overseeing financial reporting, executing marketing strategies, and maintaining smooth property operations for our student housing property. Your leadership and attention to detail will be critical to the success of our community and the overall resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Staff Management : Lead and supervise all community staff, ensuring optimal team performance and development, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
• Recruitment and training of team members in accordance with company policies; performance management as needed.
• Manage staff schedules and oversee timely submission of payroll.
• Property Operations : Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards and in compliance with company guidelines.
• Implement and monitor property reporting requirements to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contract obligations and terms with vendors.
• Resident and University Relations : Foster positive relationships with residents, address needs promptly, maintain strong partnerships with universities and stakeholders.
• Create and execute quarterly Reputation Management Plans and review with Regional Manager.
• Compliance and Standards : Enforce company policies, procedures, and legal requirements; uphold brand standards.
• Special Projects and Reporting : Collaborate with the Regional Manager on special projects and HR / People Operations tasks.
• Other : On-site, full-shift, with availability for evenings, weekends, overtime as needed; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; move-ins / outs as required.
