Key Responsibilities

• Act as the communication hub between field workers, vendors, suppliers, and company leadership.
• Schedule and coordinate permits with state, county, and city departments.
• Organize and manage site operations, ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.
• Identify upcoming tasks and proactively execute them without needing constant direction.
• Maintain meticulous notes and project documentation for management review.
• Develop structure and organization within an unstructured environment to improve efficiency.
• Promptly escalate issues, blockers, or risks to leadership while maintaining focus on solutions.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between field teams and executive management.
