Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Act as the communication hub between field workers, vendors, suppliers, and company leadership.
- Schedule and coordinate permits with state, county, and city departments.
- Organize and manage site operations, ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.
- Identify upcoming tasks and proactively execute them without needing constant direction.
- Maintain meticulous notes and project documentation for management review.
- Develop structure and organization within an unstructured environment to improve efficiency.
- Promptly escalate issues, blockers, or risks to leadership while maintaining focus on solutions.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between field teams and executive management.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, project management, or related field preferred.High school diploma or GED required.Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent note-taking and documentation abilities.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Demonstrated success structuring and organizing multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-starter who takes initiative and proactively identifies the next steps.Willingness to work Saturdays during growth phases (lighter workdays than weekdays).Benefits
