Responsibilities
Position involves demonstrated leadership, integration of department services with PRMC's primary functions, and effective coordination of inter- and intra-department communications. The role supports ongoing education, stays informed of current advancements and regulations in the field, participates in local associations, and utilizes networking resources. The position maintains PI programs, supports community involvement and marketing efforts, and facilitates meetings with a focus on teamwork. Regular staff meetings are conducted with minutes produced, and the individual attends required meetings consistently. The role is accountable for operations of all areas of responsibility on a 24-hour basis.
Position Description
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and serves as a role model to others. Displays good judgment skills by identifying, analyzing and resolving issues in a logical and sound manner. Integrates the department\u2019s services with PRMC\u2019s primary functions. Coordinates and integrates inter- and intra- departmental communications and services. Furthers education and knowledge, stays informed of current advancements and regulations in field, actively participates in local associations in field, and effectively utilizes networking resources.
Communicates about PI programs, participates in community involvement and marketing efforts of PRM. Facilitates and actively participates in meetings, supports teamwork, and ensures follow-through with minutes and action items. Attends required meetings on a consistent basis and accepts responsibility for committee assignments. Demonstrates willingness to work at a staff level when needed. Accountable for operations of all areas of responsibility on a 24-hour basis.
