500°ree; Studio looking to add a Senior Designer to our creative team in our Columbus, Ohio office. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for the development and design of merchandising, marketing, and promotional communications in support of our big brand, industry-leading clients. The ideal candidate has experience collaborating with other teams, as you will partner closely with others on the creative team, including art directors and copywriters, to deliver work that aligns with client objectives and strategic direction. This specific Senior Designer opportunity at 500°ree; will require an advanced motion skillset due to the nature of the work they will be dedicated to.

What You'll Do :

• Develop creative ideas, concepts, campaigns, and insights that will drive consumers to react
• Create visually appealing and innovative design concepts / solutions to communicate the brand message across all platforms, including but not limited to video advertisements, print and digital campaign assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, packaging, and other promotional materials.
• Will work off of client creative briefs to come up with new design strategies / ideas or refresh the current when needed; Will also be expected to look beyond the brief when necessary to independently problem-solve
• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining agency quality standards
• Utilize best practice design techniques to transform conceptual ideas into polished designs; Including but not limited to :

Animation / motion design
