With offices in key regions across the U.S., they maintain a strong pipeline of large-scale federal work valued between $30M and $100M.

They are hiring a Senior Estimator to join their team and support pre construction efforts on high-profile public sector jobs. This is a local role — candidates must live near one of the following offices : Austin, Dallas, Jacksonville, or Lenexa

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for federal, institutional, and municipal projects
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and budgets for vertical construction ($30M–$100M range)
• Collaborate with project executives, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure bid accuracy
• Perform detailed scope reviews, pricing breakdowns, and cost comparisons
• Participate in RFP / RFQ responses, proposal preparation, and design-build pursuits
• Maintain updated cost history and current market pricing for trades, labor, and materials
