A company is looking for a Patient Experience Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers, handling 30-40 calls per day and managing other communication channels
Educate customers on their health plans and digital tools, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions to inquiries
Document interactions thoroughly and maintain a high level of professionalism while safeguarding privacy and confidentiality
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare contact center
3+ years of overall customer service experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree or recent work toward a degree is preferred
Experience working across multiple customer service channels such as calls, chat, text, and email
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to various systems
