Benoist Brothers Supply Co. is a distributor of quality HVAC equipment and supplies to residential and commercial contractors, with 10 locations in 5 states. We are currently seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented Delivery Driver / Warehouse Team Member to join our distribution team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support both our delivery operations and warehouse logistics, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and our inventory is managed with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

  • Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers on time and in excellent condition.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and report any vehicle issues promptly.
  • Interact professionally with customers during deliveries.

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, store, and organize materials and products in the warehouse.
  • Prepare and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup.
  • Use inventory systems to scan and track products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock rotation.

    • Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old (in accordance with commercial driving and insurance requirements).
  • Valid Driver’s License appropriate for commercial deliveries (CDL not required unless specified by your state or region).
  • Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate in compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Clean Driving Record with no recent violations or at-fault accidents.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the workday.
  • Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • HVAC knowledge desired, but not required.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
