For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Security Engineer . This exciting position will oversee and support information security program implementation across our organization and customer missions. You will help shape security strategies, enforce policies, guide personnel, plan for emergencies, and drive awareness initiatives. You will also manage resources, including leadership support, funding, and key personnel, to achieve IT security goals and reduce organizational risk. What does this mean to you? Proven ability to implement and manage information security programs within DoD environments Experience developing and enforcing policies, incident response plans, and awareness training Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management methodologies Ability to analyze complex risks and recommend innovative security solutions Relevant DoD certification(s) (e.g., IAT, IAM, IASAE, GSLC, CISSP, CISM, CAP, CASP) or ability to obtain What makes someone choose one company over another? Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position starts at $70,000 and goes up based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. We do allow teleworking with prior approval, but supporting the DoD, you will be required to work at a government site as well.
