Job Responsibility :

Arcticom, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is seeking a qualified DevSecOps Tier II Service Desk Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing DevSecOps processes and supporting these activities within the FLITES application.

Responsibilities :

• Work on Service Desk as Tier 2 agent for issues escalated that require pipeline SME knowledge.
• Diagnose and develop fixes to implement quickly and efficiently for production incidents.
• Configure and manage CI / CD tool set for COTs solution deployment.
• Develop and drive real-time observability solutions that provide visibility into system health.
• Brainstorm new ideas and ways to improve software / data delivery.
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting system, infrastructure, and interoperability issues.
• Support deployment and monitoring of intrusion detection and vulnerability scanning systems.
• Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and operations as well as service desk processes.
• Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on cloud operations best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Service Incidents.
• Set up intelligent application performance alerts (AIOps).
• Proactively meet standards for information security and compliance in close cooperation with the Security Operations and Compliance teams.
• Automate back-up and restore capabilities.
