- And much more...\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse in our Cath Lab, you will deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring a high standard of practice. Your responsibilities include supervising, teaching, and delegating tasks to nursing personnel while fostering a safe environment that prioritizes patient well-being.\n
- Deliver all aspects of patient care with a focus on safety, minimizing healthcare errors.\n
- Create and adjust individualized care plans based on patient responses, and evaluate care effectiveness daily.\n
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, patients, and families.\n
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care, including transfers and discharges.\n
- Assess and educate patients and families, tailoring information to their unique needs.\n
- Act as an advocate for patients' physical and emotional health, upholding their rights.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
- Willingness to take call shifts as required.\n
- Registered Nurse license in Kentucky or a compact state.\n
- Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.\n
- ACLS and BCLS certifications are mandatory.\n
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.\n
