Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join a well established company in their Columbus, OH location or Cleveland, OH location. This is a hybrid role of in office and remote work availability. This role will play a critical role in shaping pricing strategies, streamlining operations, and improving overall financial performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in legal operations, project management, and pricing strategy. Job Duties :

• Review and manage client rates, discounts, and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs)
• Analyze fee performance and recommend pricing adjustments
• Conduct market research on industry pricing trends
• Prepare proposals and data-driven reports for attorneys and leadership
• Support billing, collections, and client communications related to pricing
