job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBe a U.S. citizen. Possess a current valid driver's license. Carry and use a firearm, and maintain firearm proficiency. Be at least 21 years old and less than 37 years old at the time of application, unless previously employed in a Federal Civilian Law Enforcement position. Obtain a Top Secret Clearance and retain it during their career. Meet specific visual and hearing requirements. Submit to a drug test prior to appointment and random drug testing while in the position. Complete intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center. Sign a mobility agreement stating their willingness to accept assignments anywhere within the United States and overseas. Certify registration with the Selective Service System, if applicable.
