Provide customized insurance solutions to meet client needs. Generate and present quotes in a professional and timely manner. Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up. Document all client interactions in the agency management system. Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service and client retention. Candidate Must Have an Active 220 Insurance License To Be Considered. 3 years of prior commercial insurance experience required. Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive new business. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, resourceful, and coachable. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.

We are seeking a driven 220 insurance agent to join our team as a Full-Time Commercial Insurance Manager . In this role, you'll focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships while expanding our book of business through new commercial accounts. You will be supported by an experienced commercial agent to work on new business and existing book renewals. This position offers a base salary along with a competitive new business commission and renewal commissions for existing accounts, as well as, bonus opportunities.
Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions will make you the perfect fit for this position. We pride ourselves on exceptional service and are looking for someone who can combine sales success with an outstanding client experience.
