Registered Nurse Program Supervisor

A company is looking for a Nurse Program Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee performance management and leadership, including coaching and mentoring clinical staff

Act as a liaison between the Program Manager and team, ensuring effective communication and task assignment

Conduct quality assurance activities and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Registered nurse with a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience and 3-5 years of leadership experience

Extensive knowledge of clinical diseases and therapeutic drug classes

Broad understanding of clinical licensure rules, regulations, and compliance considerations

Ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong organizational skills and initiative with a solid work ethic
