Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Content & Item Management Specialist to support our client businesses. This role will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class digital shelf presence by managing content syndication, item setup, troubleshooting, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, thrives in a fast-paced matrixed environment, and has experience working with Walmart digital systems (Item 360, RetailLink).

Key Responsibilities

Content Management (60%)

• Owns and leads content syndication for Walmart and Sam’s Club product detail pages (PDPs).
• Partners closely with the content team to prioritize items and ensure syndication is optimized per retailer.
• Conducts regular content audits to identify and close gaps in content quality.
• Collaborates with sales teams to ensure new items are submitted for .com content development.

Item Maintenance (20%)

3P Seller Management (20%)
