Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key partners to drive results
Analyze and report on compensation transactions to ensure compliance with control and regulatory requirements
Research and analyze to resolve escalations and quantify business outcomes
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in supporting a sales compensation organization
Knowledge of retail brokerage investment products and industry pay practices
Ability to build effective relationships across multiple locations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting deadlines
