Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives on producing impactful content? Do you enjoy educating others through compelling materials like video, email, and presentations? Join our team as a Marketing Generalist (called Client Education Manager internally), where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving product adoption and client success by developing and delivering engaging educational content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement marketing and educational content (email campaigns, blog posts, and videos) that drives product and service adoption across our client base.
• Develop engaging, high-quality training materials and videos using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere. Handling everything from scriptwriting and voiceover recording to screen capture and editing.
• Support the client success and sales teams with enablement tools like slide decks, presentations, and proposals to highlight upsell opportunities.
• Analyze the effectiveness of client education initiatives and use data to improve future communication strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay up to date on product functionality and ensure training content aligns with evolving client needs.
• Contribute to internal team education by developing resources and tools to support ongoing learning.
