• Provide skilled, compassionate hospice care to patients and families during after-hours and on-call shifts.\n
• Assess and respond to changes in patient condition, ensuring comfort and dignity.\n
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and family members.\n
• Educate and support patients, caregivers, and facility staff on the hospice philosophy and care plan.\n
• Offer emotional and spiritual support at all stages, including end-of-life care and bereavement.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)\n
• Current RN license in good standing\n
• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)\n
• Compassionate heart, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently\n
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance\n
