We are seeking an experienced Homeowner / Property Field Adjuster to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have senior level experience handling a variety of homeowner claims and be proficient in Xactimate and XactAnalysis, with the ability to confidently write estimates up to $150K. This is a field-based role covering the Kansas City, MO area. As this position requires extensive experience, we are looking for someone who can step in and contribute immediately. Key Responsibilities

Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers

Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices

Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files

Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training

Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on complex 1st party homeowner losses of all severities

Education

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is :

Field Property Consultant I : $68,000 - $77,793

Field Property Consultant II : $72,000 - $81,805

Field Property Sr Consultant I : $80,000 - $91,068

Field Property Sr Consultant II : $83,000 - $101,471

And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
