GENERAL PHARMACY STAFF PHARMACIST 8-5 Monday through Friday! On call rotation.
Description of Responsibilities
The staff pharmacist is responsible for pharmacy services including dispensing, patient profile
monitoring, and drug counseling. Responsible for maintaining accreditation and adherence to all state
and federal laws, rules and regulations for pharmacy operation. Responsible for inventory
management, lot number tracking, and product recalls.

Scope of Supervision
Responsibilities of the General Pharmacy Staff Pharmacists include the following :
- Maintain good relations with clients / patients.
- Maintain a system of lot and batch numbers, which will allow for recall of medication products.
- Dispensing respiratory medication pharmaceuticals.
- Assure that all drugs dispensed by the pharmacy are dispensed in appropriate containers that
are adequately labeled.
Manage any pharmaceutical recalls.Maintain adequate inventory levels.Assist in resolving pharmacy client concerns.Assume on-call responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines.Report product incidents as required in accordance with company policy.Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.Participate in the pharmacys Performance Improvement program as requested by HumanResources.
Participate in membership activities of professional and industry organizations.Participate in pharmacy committees when requested.Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacyPursue continuing education programs provided by the pharmacy.Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacists in Charge.Job Description

Minimum Qualifications
Pharmacy degree and State Licensure.Compounding Experience.Experience in conflict resolution and disciplinary processesOrganizational skills sufficient to maintain consistently accurate recordsCurrent knowledge of all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations.Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlookPhysical Requirements
