As an Intake Specialist, youll set the tone for every clients journey. Youll be the first point of contact, listening with care, gathering critical details, and ensuring cases start strong. Who we are looking for.

We are looking to add a compassionate, confident, resilient, organized, and competitive Intake Specialist to our growing team. In this role, you will be the first person a potential client speaks with when they contact our firm to see if we can help. This role involves speaking with new potential clients on the phone to understand how they were injured and ultimately determine if we can represent them. Our intake specialists work closely with our litigation teams to collect all relevant information, enter it into our case management system, and assist in sending out initial correspondence. Our intake specialists play a critical role at our firm and are highly valued members of our team.

In general, candidates should ideally have the following to be qualified :

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited college, university, or other institution of higher learning.
• Demonstrated strong technology and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be compassionate, a willingness to embrace challenge, and a strong sense of self-direction, team-orientation, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
