A company is looking for a Software Engineering Lead - Market Research.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional engineering team across various tracks, ensuring flexibility and ownership

Conduct regular 1 : 1s to coach engineers and foster professional growth

Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap planning and sprint execution

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in building and shipping data-intensive B2B SaaS applications, with 2+ years in a lead or manager role

Deep experience with Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, and Postgres

Proficiency with geospatial data (PostGIS, Google Maps API, or equivalent)

Hands-on experience with React and Tailwind for building data-driven frontends

Skilled in project management and agile delivery, comfortable using tools like Linear
