Do you geek out on Media Buying and love driving revenue through direct response marketing? Do you want to get in the door at an extremely fast growing marketing agency? Do you want to work with world class copywriters, videographers, operations, and other media buyers to help clients grow to new heights? Client Accelerators is seeking a Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Manager to research, strategize, and then run ads on YouTube.
We currently spend over $3 Million Dollars a Month across these platforms and you’ll be helping increase that to $5 Million a month this year. You will be working with some of the biggest names in the expert & consulting industry, clients like Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike Tyson, Dan Bilzerian, and many more. You’ll work within a pod of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan each client, forecast targets, script & direct each creative, then launch and work to hit forecasted targets every quarter.
Responsibilities Media Buying : Manage across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search & Display). You will be managing upwards of $50,000 - $75,000 a day on YouTube. Be prepared to scale when campaigns are winning.
Forecasting : Forecast and create scenarios to hit client targets, map current ad metrics and conversion rates, and develop improved forecasts.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Funnel Strategy : Identify funnel pages not hitting benchmarks and optimize to increase conversion rate and revenue with the same traffic.
Creative Strategy : Work with the creative team to develop new angles and ideas and drive creative strategy for clients.
Brainstorm growth strategies and campaign ideas to differentiate from the competition.
Competitor Research : Analyze industry winners to inspire ads and funnels you run.

Requirements 1+ years direct response marketing experience
Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience building ad account structures aligned with best practices and the ability to problem solve
Experience scaling and optimizing ad accounts and aligning with client needs
Ability to collaborate with team on optimization and scaling strategies; curiosity to continuously learn
Competency in Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting for insights
Ability to manage a client roster (5-7 clients) with daily updates and monthly KPI targets (ROAS and spend)
