Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at 1031 Crowdfunding . This full-time, in-office position offers an opportunity to support a wide range of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

You’ll play an integral role in executing campaigns, creating marketing materials, coordinating events, and supporting our marketing team’s day-to-day operations. Responsibilities :

• Support Marketing Campaigns : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assist with Content Creation : Help produce and edit marketing materials, including brochures, blog posts, press releases, and website content.
• Provide Administrative Support : Manage scheduling, reports, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks to support the Content Marketing Specialist and broader marketing team.
• Coordinate Events : Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and webinars—including logistics, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up.
• Conduct Market Research : Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise with Vendors : Coordinate with external partners to execute promotional initiatives and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and messaging.

Technical Requirements :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating marketing materials, data analysis, and presentations.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating and editing marketing collateral.

Familiarity with marketing automation and social media management tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, etc.).

Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce & Hubspot).

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the financial services or real estate industry is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The Marketing Coordinator position is a full-time, exempt role based in our Irvine, CA office (2603 Main Street, Suite 1050) .

Compensation :

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
