job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop, prepare, interpret, and monitor health process and outcomes data analyses and reports Collaborate with health system stakeholders to design data models and reporting solutions Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to create actionable insights Provide technical support and documentation for analysts, managers, and clinicians Assist in developing ETL processes to acquire and load data from various sources Bachelor\'s degree in informatics, information technology, business, data science, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of directly related work experience Strong skills in database and query design and development for modeling and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access, with experience in data visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Six years of experience in analysis, quality reporting, or decision support in the healthcare industry Experience with Vizient is highly desirable Familiarity with disease processes, care pathways, and medical terminology Active participation in professional forums and organizations
