About the Role :

The Service Technician at Tri City CDJR, FYV, plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of commercial HVAC and electrical systems within our retail trade environment. This position is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to maintain a safe and efficient facility. The technician will perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our operations. Additionally, the role involves documenting service activities and communicating effectively with management through routine reports and correspondence. Ultimately, the Service Technician ensures that all systems meet safety standards and operate at peak performance, supporting the overall customer experience and business continuity.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair within commercial HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong written communication skills for preparing routine reports and correspondence.
