SIMPLIFI ICU RN Position Summary

🏥 Facility & Unit Info

Unit Type : Mixed ICU (MICU, SICU, CICU, TICU) divided into pods

Beds : 39 total

Floating : Rare, may float to MedSurg / Tele 1 : 4 ratio if overstaffed; ICU to ED float possible

Scrub Color : Navy

Free Parking : Yes

⏰ Scheduling & Shifts

Hours : 48 hours / week (non-negotiable)

Weekend Rotation : Every other weekend (not guaranteed)

On-Call : No

Holiday : No RTO during holidays, including Sturgis Bike Rally (first 3 weeks August)

Time Off : Up to 7 days approved but must extend contract accordingly

💉 Certifications & Licenses

Required : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC (must be willing to obtain if not already certified)

Licensure : RN licensed or eligible in South Dakota
