Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the daily operations and cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Custodian

Location : Littleton, NH

Pay Range : $19+

Shift : Monday through Friday, 7am-3 : 30pm; options for 2nd or 3rd shift available upon request

What's the Job?

  • Perform heavy cleaning duties including floors, walls, glass, and rubbish removal
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment by following safety procedures
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies and chemicals responsibly
  • Monitor building security and notify management of repairs or safety concerns

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with facilities maintenance preferred
  • Certification or experience with chemicals and hazardous materials required
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, push, and pull regularly over an 8-10 hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy equipment and machinery
