Overview

Principal, Data Strategy, Analytics & AI Practice – New York, NY. The Principal role within the Data Strategy, Analytics and AI team is to advise clients on business strategy through data-driven decision-making, lead project teams, and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges through data and AI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial business strategies, project management, and a proven problem-solving capability through data strategies, technology, and emerging AI / GenAI solutions. They will build and enhance Pharma client relationships and oversee the delivery of DnA / AI projects, managing a global team of data scientists and business analysts to support client projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive client engagements and business development; write and submit project proposals; develop and deliver capability presentations; respond to prospective client needs.
• Lead project teams, manage project work plans, and interface with clients to ensure delivery success.
• Develop intellectual thought leadership and contribute to practice area development within the firm.
• Provide advisory services on business strategy through data-driven decision-making and develop innovative data / AI solutions for complex business challenges.
• Build and maintain Pharma client relationships; oversee delivery of DnA / AI projects; manage a global team of data scientists and business analysts.
• Translate key insights from workstreams into compelling storylines and presentations; develop proposals and support revenue generation.
• Participate in industry thought leadership; contribute to clearer resourcing methods for scale; support hiring strategy aligned with future client work in claims analytics, commercial analytics, AI / GenAI, and other growth areas.
