C.N.A. license is required.
The Certified Nursing Aide assists residents with completing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks in accordance with Department of Health and Human Services. Report pertinent information to the manager or nurse in charge.
Shift Details :
Full-Time 7 : 00pm-7 : 00am (3-4 days a week; every other weekend)

Requirements
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :
Assist residents with completing activities of daily living based on each resident's individual needsDocument care provided including daily recording of resident vital signsMaintain resident safety and report any change in status or condition to appropriate nurseObserve residents for changes in condition in mood, behavior, affect, cognition and physical changes and report to nurse in charge and / or manager immediatelyAssist the nurses in identifying the problems, goals and interventions listed in the care plan and update assessment forms accordinglyUse and adapt to new technologies, including tools, equipment, methods of application, computerized systems and processes, etc., to impact productivity of department and services; keep job-required technical skills up to dateCollaborate and coordinate with other departments to provide timely effective care consistent with individual resident needs, choices and preferencesTransport residents to various designationsAssist with orienting and training new employeesEnsure quality resident centered careAssist dining staff during meal timeAdditional duties as assignedEQUIPMENT :
