Job Details :

Regionalized Freight : Multi-region routes designed to get drivers home weekly for a 34-hour reset

Weekly Miles : ~2,000 miles per week (based on HOS & availability)

Average Weekly Pay : $1,200 gross

Length of Haul : Average 300 miles

Freight : 100% no-touch freight

50–60% drop & hook

40–50% live unload

Pay & Bonuses :

Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour (after 2nd hour)

Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day

Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 total

$500 after first load

$500 after 30 days (

must be active & seated )

Performance Bonus : Up to +3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (eligible starting first of the month after hire; must be active OTR at payout)
