This position focuses on monitoring a queue to ship replacement devices to Oracle Health Advance Exchange customers, managing tickets from open to close, and performing various related tasks. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inventory management, testing, repairing, validating, and coordinating returns with manufacturers. It also involves working with customers on new hardware purchases, providing integration services such as device enrollments and imaging.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
