We're seeking a dynamic Healthcare Superintendent to join our team and lead high-impact renovations and constructions in the commercial and institutional sectors. Key Responsibilities :

Oversee ALL aspects of creating and maintaining a safe job site .
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site.
Create and maintain construction schedules, identify and resolve issues promptly.
Order materials and schedule inspections as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Organize and direct all self-performed work on site.
Lead field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with top-quality workmanship aligned to plans and specifications.
Collaborate with Senior Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Managers to drive team success.
Other duties as assigned to support project goals.

Core Competencies :

Construction Knowledge : Expert-level understanding of all technical construction aspects.

Computers : Proficient in operating computers, email, spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project; knowledge of Procore is required).

Organization : Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects efficiently.

Communication : Excellent written and oral communication with stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, team members, subcontractors, and neighbors; strong listening skills.

Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze issues and make timely, sound decisions based on goals, risks, and costs.

Interpersonal Skills : Tactful, mature, and effective at working in teams with diverse personalities.

Work Skills : Self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented; excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience & Qualifications :

5+ Years of relevant experience in commercial construction.

Demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods for renovating and constructing commercial / institutional buildings and related site work.

Effective communication in written and spoken English.

Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and construction industry software.

Must have Commercial Construction experience .

Education :

4-year college degree preferred.
