A company is looking for an Associate Director, Customer Insights & UX Research.
Key Responsibilities
Lead research for emerging categories and oversee thought leadership and marketing claims initiatives
Act as the go-to insights expert, identifying opportunities where research can drive impact
Design and manage end-to-end research, including vendor selection and methodology design
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, and UX research
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic, multi-stakeholder research programs
Proven experience influencing senior leaders and connecting insights to business outcomes
Deep knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or DTC industries is preferred
