Key Responsibilities :
Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales / renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levelsBuild strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses and local businessesConduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial membersWork collaboratively with the studio managers to manage the studio, ensuring smooth and cohesive operationsStrategize on methods to increase daily lead flowManage entire sales processMeet daily, weekly and monthly sales targetsDrive client referral programAttend all sales and training meetingsQualifications :
1-year previous sales experience, preferredExcellent customer service skillsMotivated and passionate about health and fitnessPositive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyoneComfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
