The Electrician Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the team’s installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of our customer’s electrical systems.

What You Will Do

  • Mentor all Service Techs through one-on-ones
  • Routine training
  • Performance Reviews
  • Visiting job sites
  • Hiring and onboarding
  • Inspect trucks and take inventory of tools
  • Delegate tasks
